Here is a note (also published  in newspapers) by Respected Mr Muhammad Arif DG (Rtd) PTCL who has also filled contempt of court case in IHC for non implementation of IHC order for the grant of pension to the PTCL pensioners as per GoP , which is also confirmed by HSCP on 12-6-2015 by rejecting the appeal of PTCL & PTET against such decision of IHC in favour of PTCL pensioners . Employees equal to government retired employees ISLAMABAD:( BMZ REPORT ) A division bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC), comprising Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan and Justice Noorul Haq N. Qureshi, directed the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) on Monday to pay pensions to its 40,000 retired employees equal to those being received by the retired employees of the federal government. The company had filed an intra-court appeal (ICA) against the decision of a single-member bench, comprising Chief Justice IHC Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi, who in April last year directed the company to increase the pension of its retired employees and bring it on a par with that of retired employees of the federal ministries and attached departments.
