Update WP-4588/2018 in IHC Muhammad Tariq Azhar & 31 others Vs Fedration of Pakistan & 4 others It is information to all concern petitioners of the case that the hearing of the above case has been fixed on 5th December 2019 . Previously hearing on dated 22th October 2019 was adjourned due to the reason that neither the council of PTCL nor of PTET had submitted the replies of IHC notices in issued to them on 3rd December 2018 for submission of replies within fortnight.
