Dear Shabbir Sb                                         A-o-A Recently the SHC high court issued its verdicts of dated 16-5-16 in CP D-835/2015 on the writ petition filed by Ansar Zaidi and I have seen this followingmassage from Tuqeer Sb on Facebook. GOOD NEWS FOR VSS OPTEES HAVING MORE THAN 10-YEARS REGULAR SERVICE:  A number of VSS holder Ex-PTCL employees filed cases in Sindh High Court for grant of Pensionary Benifites as per Government of Pakistan policy.These people had been deprived of pension having less than 20-years (19-year & 6-months) regular service. Mr.Ansaar Hussain Zaidi,Advocate & Ex-SRO PTCL pleaded the case of these VSS optees.The court upon PTCL request ordered to settle all these cases strictly according to law within 4-months period. Dear PTCL pensioners A-o-A Here is modified draft for calculating the claimed amount of pays, allowances pension  and increase in pension etc as per of GoP which were not paid by PTCL & PTET .This has been prepared as PTCL pensioners facing difficulty for calculating the difference amount in pension increase particularly of those previous pension increase  which had been added in their net pension at the time of their retirement.Such Pension increased amount was  with effect from the year 2009-2010, which were not given by PTET as per GoP and discontinued it till date. You are requested to please first read the " Important Notes "given in this modified draft in which I have given also the procedure how the Gross Pension, Net Pension and Commutation and Commuted amount are calculated .                                                    "Important Note" If any body succees to design  "drafted formate performa for "calculation of pays, allowances & pension outstanding against PTCL & PTET"  [attached with the email of Article-23 (in Urdu ) dated 15-7-16 ] correctly on "Excel ", and after filling it properly & makes correctly calculations of claimed amount accordingly as per , justifications, should be sent to me first please through email to azhar.tariq@gmail.com . So that I can verify it , whether it is correctly designed on Excel and prepared  accordingly or not and then I will also send it him back & forward to others also  (if found correct ) , who are still in confusion how to prepare it?
