The HSCP in her order of dated 12-06-2015 , while dismissing the appeal of MD PTET , directed MD PTET that " PTET   is bound to increase in pension for the PTCL pensioners as per announcement of GoP for for its civil servants pensioners time to time " with this directive the HSCP dismissed all similar type appeals filed by PTET ( which are about 17), the following copy of the letter of Registrar Supreme Court about the dismissal information of such appeals   to M D PTET. The MD PTET filed review petitions against all these which have dismissed by HSCP on 17th May 2017.But till date , the MD PTET   failed to implement the orders of HSCP in favour of PTCL Pensioners and is con tempting the court and nothing has been done against him by either by the court or by the GoP. It is the so called justice in Pakistan .Can   you believe?????
