Dear all PTCL fellows

Here is valuable advice of respected Nooruddin Baqai Sb, Ex-Member Telecom MoIT & Rtd DG PTCL, received to me from him from Saudi Arabia ,regarding further action of non implantation of HSCP order in Raja RIaz case on other such PTCL employees and pensioners   who did not litigate the case as did by   Raja Riaz and got case in favor of him.

So it is advised to all concern PTCL employees and Pensioners to also endorse the copy of the  Appeal/Notice to the" The Prime Minister of Pakistan[by name] , Prime Minister Secretariat Islamabad at serial # 1 in Copy to". Those who already sent the such Appeal/notice, may by inserting the Copy to :1. Prime Minister of Pakistan {by Name} , Prime Minister Secretariat Islamabad at serial # 1,send through TCS to Prime Minister Secretariat Islamabad separately.

 Dear Tariq, AoA, 

I have seen your email advising T&T pensioners (PTET or PTCL).I find time to be timely action if they swarm such notices to both PTCL/PTET and Federation of Pakistan. What little add I would suggest there should also be line of Special endorsement of copy to Prime Minister of Pakistan by name. 

 Since in conditions that prevail copy to prime Minister(for immediate directive to Secy IT) clarifying that various SC orders clearly establishes Principles for all these Pensioners hence he may ask SECY IT to get these implemented on same basis for all pensioners collecting pension from Trusted wherein Government of  Pakistan is a Guarantor, this will help ease problems of all 40,000 pensioners. I am available on mail, Whatsap and Skype also. 

 Since I am away in Saudia and will return in July 2018 hence this email to please.

Dear All PTCL Friends

    Please find here with attached the PDFs files of Model Draft guide lines ( in Urdu) , Model of drafted Appeal/Notice & Raja Riaz AGPR calculations for your all necessry action.

 It is the demand of the day  that all such PTCL employees, Pensioners who are deprived of with the cruelty of PTCL management & of  PTET board of trusties for non implementing the Supreme Court's decision in favour of all such , should first send their appeal to the President PTCL, MD PTET with Copies to Secrtary IT& Telecom & Registrar HSP Islamabad for implementation of HSCP directive within fifteen days upon them as they belong of the same category of employees of PTCL as of Mhummad Riaz ( Raja Riaz) and they have the same issue as of Raja for whom the HSCP issued directive to grant him pay & pension increases as of GoP on his appeal , failing of which they will be constrained to file "Contempt of case against all of them" in High Courts and Supreme Court of Pakistan for non implantation such order upon them in the light of SCP judgement in Hameed Akhtar Niazi case reported in 1996 SCMR 1185.

 Some VSS retirees are worried that they are not in the same category as of Raja Riaz. They are totally wrong they should not be worried .All such VSS retirees are , if transferred employees from PTC to PTCL on 1-1-1996 , whether they appointed in T& T Deptt or in PTC under GoP rules, they had  the same status of GoP servant as of others who became the employees of PTCL on 1-1-1996 after transfer from PTC.

Only those PTCL employees can not send this Appel/ Notice , either who have been  dismissed , resigned from PTCL prior to 01-07-2005 AND those who are employed / regularised in PTCL after 1-1-1996.

It will be well appreciated if these be circulated to all other such PTCL employees , pensioners and widows etc so they can be educated for submitting the said Appeal/Notice if they want. Such appeal/notice is required to be filed of each one irrespective of the fact that they should file contempt case or not.

I am attaching here the specimen of draft of Appeal/Notice  which I prepared for Bashir Khadim sahib Rtd CE PTCL as per his direction.If you are interested to file first Appeal/Notice to the President PTCL and MD PTET for non compliance of the same order as given by the HSCP in  the favor Raja Riaz , a rtd PTCL officer having status of Govt servant in PTCL, due to his litigation.You may file the same one after completing the draft according to your requirement. I have also attached my updated statement of demand of Pay and Pension as per GoP from PTCL & PTET accordingly on Excel Sheet.You may also prepare the same according to your requirement. In this connection you have to first go through the guide lines (in Urdu) given by me in My Article-47 , also attached here with. As directed by you, here is attached a draft of Appeal/Notice for you.Since you had been retired prior to 01-07-2005, so you will only claim of your pension increase with effect 01-07-2010 as per GoP, which was illegally discontinued by PTET wef 01-07-2010.The medical allowance which, has been given by the GoP to its Civil pensioners wef 01-07-2010, the arrears of which, also be claimed by you irrespective of the fact whether thy give to all such pensioners of PTCL or not.I am attaching here also the calculations of Pension arrears and Medical Allowance only for respected Syed Mukhtar Hussain Sb CE (Rtd) PTCL for your genuineness as he was also retired prior to 01-07-2005.So you only insert your figure of your as monthly pension given by PTET wef   01-07-2010, as it is Excl Sheet having calculation of pension increase formula.
