نئیے چئیر مین سینیٹ سید یوسف رضا گیللانی  کو  ، سینیٹ کی  اس قرار داد پی ٹی سی ایل پنشبروں کے حق میں ۲۸ جنوری ۲۰۲۰ میں پاس کی تھی اس پر عمل درآمد کرانے کی اپیل  کا ڈرافٹ . . . . . تمام پی ٹی سی ایل پنشنروں کو اپنے تئیں اسکو ضروری بھیجنا چاھئیے

آپ سبکو یاد ہوگا کہ 28 جنوری 2020 کو اپر ہاؤس سینیٹ نے ، سینٹ کی سٹینڈنگ کمیٹی انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی اینڈ ٹیلیکام کی سب کمیٹی کی رپورٹ 1/2019 پر پی ٹی سی ایل کے تمام پنشنروں کے حق میں ایک قرار منظور کیا تھا۔ اس رپورٹ میں منسٹری انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی اینڈ ٹیلیکام کو ہدایت دی گئی تھی کہ تمام پی ٹی سی ایل پنشنروں کو حکومت کی اعلان کردہ انکریزز کے باقی رقم دو ماہ کے اندر ادا کی جائیے ۔منسٹری انفارمیشن ٹیکنالوجی اینڈ ٹیلیکام نے ایم ڈی پی ٹی ای ٹی کو مقررہ وقت پر اس رقم کو ادا کرنے کا حکم دیا مگر آج تک پی ٹی ای ٹی نے اس پر عمل نہیں کیا، جس سے سینیٹ کی بہت بے توقیری ہوئی ہے۔میں نے اس معاملے پر اپنی طرف سے چیئرمین صادق سنجرانی کو اسوقت ایمیلیں بھیجیں تھیں کے وہ اس قرار داد پر سینیٹ کے قوانین بزنس کے مطابق عمل کرائیں لیکن ان پر جوں تک نہ رینگی اور انھوں نے اس پر کوئی عمل نھیں کرایا اور اپنے فرائیض سے غافل رھے ۔  انہوں مجھے  نے کوئی جواب  تک نہیں دیا ۔ اب جب نئے چیئرمین سید یوسف رضا گیلانی آئے ہیں، میں سوچا کہ کیوں نہ ان کو مبارکباد دی جائے اور ان سے درخواست کی جائے کہ وہ ھی سینیٹ کی اس قرار داد پر عمل کریں۔

میں چاہتا ہوں کہ ہر پی ٹی سی ایل پنشنر، چاہے وہ کسی بھی طریقے سے ریٹائرڈ ہوا ہو، اسی طرح کی چیئرمین سینیٹ سے اپیل کرے۔ جب ہزاروں اسطرح کی اپیلیں انکو ملیں گی، تو یقیناً ان پر دباؤ بڑھے گا اور وہ ضرور اس پر ایکشن لیں گے

میں نے یہ  اپیل کرنے کا ڈرافٹ ChatGPT کی مدد سے تیار کیا ھے۔ آپ لو گ اس سے استفادہ کرسکتے ھیں ۔ اور اگر اپنی طرف سے بھی آپ  اسی سے بہتر بناسکتے ھیں تو   اسمیں بھی کوئی مضائیقہ نھیں  ۔ ضرور بنائیں مگر بھیجیں ضرور ، رجسٹڑڈ میل یا ٹی سی ایس کے زریعے۔ جو لوگ بھی بھیجیں ، وہ مجھے  پلیز ضرور مطلع کریں تاکے میں ایک پیرئیڈ تک اسکا ریکاڑڈ رکھ سکوں اور نوٹ کرسکوں کے اسپر عمل ھوا یا نھیں اور  اگر نہ ھوا تو پھر    چئیر مین سینیٹ سید یوسف 

رضا گیللانی کو مزید لکھ سکوں کے اب تک  عمل  ھی نھیں ھوا   اور کیا فائیدہ انکو یہ اپیلیں کرنے سے ھوا. 

ان تمام عزیز پی ٹی سی ایل پنشنروں سے جو میرے فیس بک اور واٹس ایپس پر بھی فرینڈز یں اور یہ میرا آڑٹیکل پڑھ رھے ھیں ان سے گزارش ھے  وہ اسکو   اور پی ٹی سی ایل پنشنروں سے بھی شئیر کریں تاکے زیادہ سے زیادہ پی ٹی سی ایل پنشنروں تک یہ پیغام پہنچ جائیے اور وہ بھی سینیٹ کے چئیرمین کو اپیلیں بھیج سکیں۔

Subject : Implementation on the adoption  of Special  Report of Senate Standing Committee of Information Technology & Telecomm. The Special Report was adopted by the Upper House Senate on the 28th January 2020, but still pending  for  implementation.

Respected Sir,

Warm congratulations on your recent appointment as Chairman of the Senate. Your leadership brings hope for effective governance and the diligent execution of Senate resolutions.

I draw your attention to the non-implementation of the recommendations outlined in Special Report No. 1/2019 of the Sub-Committee of the Senate Standing Committee on Information Technology. This report, adopted by the Senate on January 28, 2020, directed PTET under MoIT to disburse pension increases to entitled PTCL pensioners within two months from available funds exceeding Rs 109 billion as of December 31, 2018.

Despite clear directives, PTET has failed to comply, demonstrating a disregard for the Senate's authority. The refusal to act on this resolution reflects poorly on the Senate and undermines the trust of PTCL pensioners. Attemts to address this issue have been 

ineffective, with no action taken by the former Chairman Senate.

Furthermore, previous attempts to rectify this situation have been met with unwarranted resistance and delay tactics. Late Senator Abdul Rehman Malick and Senetor Engr Ruksana Zubari , the members of the Sub -Committee  of the Senate Standing Committee  of  Information Technology reminded former Chaireman Senate many times in the sessions to take strick action against PTET board of Trustees members on the non compliance of Upper House Senate resoulation as  act of PTET (Trust) has put the esteemed upper house Senate at stake and in very ocward position, but he failed to do so.

The ramifications of this inaction are severe, as it not only demonstrates a blatant disregard for the Senate's authority but also directly impacts the livelihoods and well-being of PTCL pensioners who are anxiously awaiting their entitled pension increases.

I , am writing  you with a sense of urgency and deep concern regarding the ongoing plight of PTCL pensioners who continue to suffer due to the callous neglect of a critical Senate resolution. , unanimously adopted by the Senate on January 28, 2020, remains shamefully disregarded.

This resolution, aimed at ensuring the timely disbursement of pension increases to PTCL pensioners, was a beacon of hope for those who have served their nation with dedication. However, the failure of PTET under MoIT to act upon this resolution has plunged these pensioners into uncertainty and financial distress.

The consequences of this inaction are not merely administrative; they are deeply human. PTCL pensioners, who have dedicated their lives to serving the nation's telecommunication sector, are now left to suffer the consequences of bureaucratic negligence. Their financial security hangs in the balance, and their trust in the Senate's ability to protect their rights has been shattered.

Sir, the time for action is now. The continued delay in implementing this resolution is not just an oversight; it is a grave injustice. PTCL pensioners, already burdened by the challenges of aging, deserve immediate relief from the uncertainty that has plagued them for far too long.

I implore you to wield your authority as Chairman of the Senate to ensure the urgent and immediate implementation of the resolution dated January 20, 2020. These pensioners have waited patiently for their rightful dues, and they cannot afford to wait any longer.

Their suffering is a stain on the conscience of our nation, and it is incumbent upon us, as representatives of the people, to act swiftly and decisively to alleviate it. The time for promises has passed; what is needed now is action.

I urge you to prioritize the plight of PTCL pensioners and to demonstrate to them and to the nation at large that the Senate stands unwaveringly on the side of justice and fairness.
