The following is the draft of that application ( drafted by me with the instruction , that it should be sent after duly vetted by experienced lawyer of the matter. This can be now also be seen in Artcle-14  here in my blogs) on which the LHC  has ordered to decide on the application (Annexed at A in the writ petition in the writ petition# 22057/2016 filled by Khalid Mehmood vs PTCL & others )  as per law ,pending with MD PTET ,within four weeks wef from the date of issuance of certified copy of the same.

So now think ,whether it is possible for MD PTET or President PTCL to take adverse action and refuse to accept it , thus denying the order  of HSC in Masood Bhattie Case, on the basis of which Khalid Mehmood requested for  the restoration of his pension from the date of his retirement without pension in VSS -2008 ????.Think about

Dear Sir,

                  I........s/o....... was appointed  on regular post of .......grade...... on the date............ in the region ..........city........ of *Pakistan Telegraph & Telephone Department*/^^Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation^^. **After the establishment of PTC in December 1991 my service has been transferred with other all employees of T&T department on the same terms & condition as I had in T&T department** . On 1-1996 ,I stood transferred  from PTC to PTCL ie a new established company along with other employees of PTC. The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in her decision in Masood Bhattie case  ie Masood Bhattie & others vs Federation of Pakistan & Others (2012 SCMR 152) declared that the employees who stood transferred from PTC to PTCL on 1-1-1996 will be governed by the statutory rules of govt of Pakistan and their terms and conditions of service can not be altered for their disadvantages But I was retired under VSS 2008  vide your memo number. . . . without pension in spite of having qualified service of .......years where according to Federal Pension Rules (which were applicable to me in PTCL being transferred employee from PTC to PTCL on 1-1-1996) on the ten years of qualified service a civil becomes the entitle of pension. Thus the alteration in my pensionable service,a gross violation of my fundamental rights as  my terms and condition of service which can no be altered  for my disadvantages. So in view HSC decision in Masood Bhattie case ie in  (2012 SCMR 152) , you are requested to order the restore my due pension wef from ...... the date from which I was retired without pension and all arrears pension till date be given to me. If no any action has been taken , I will be compelled to knock the door court for my legitimate rights.
