Attention VSS Opted PTCL Pensioners I humbly request to all such PTCL Pensioners who have been retired as a result of acceptance VSS package option given by cruel PTCL management , that they should not be disheartened and no be discouraged but trust on Almighty Allah , HE , shall In Sha Allah , do much better for them in future beyond to their expectation.One thing they must note that they have been not debarred by Supreme Court for taking / getting pension from PTCL as per GoP.The SC has just given the intermrelief  to PTCL for payment of pension dues to those who retired after option of VSS and directed the PTCL to exhaust their remedies under section 12(2) CPC through High Court as PTCL/ Petitioner . Where High Courts have to authenticate /declares whether all such VSS optees were govt servants  and whether their service terms and conditions could be altered for their disadvantages including pension benefits in the light of decesion of SC in Masood Bhattie case reported in 2012 SCMR...

‎مجھے آج شام تقریبن چار بجے میرے دوست احسان ملک صاحب کا یہ مندرجہ ذیل ایس ایم ایس ملا .جو انکو جناب محمد عارف صاحب نےبھیجا تھا جو میں نے اور اپنے تمام دوستوں کو فاروڑد کردیا . ‎عارف صاحب پی ٹی سی ایل میں ڈی جی ڈویلوپمنٹ تھے .اور انھوں نے ھی اپنے اور ساتھیوں کے  ساتھ مل کر 2011 میں پی ٹی سی ایل او پی ٹی ای ٹی کے خلاف  کیس کیا تھا اور رٹ پٹیشن [W.P No 148/2011] اسلام آبادھائی کوڑٹ میں داخل کی جب پی ٹی ای ٹی نے یکم جولائی 2010 پی ٹی سی ایل  پنشنرس کو وہ انکریز نھیں دیا جو حکومت پاکستان نے اپنے سرکاری ملآزم پنشنروں کو دیا بلکے اس بہت کم صرف 8% دیا . اسکا فیصلہ پی ٹی سی ایل کے تنشنرس کے حق میں آیا جسکے خلاف انٹرا کوڑٹ اپیل کی گئی  وہ خارج ھوئی اور اسکے خلاف سپریم کوڑٹ میں اپیل کی گئی جو 12 جون 2015 کو خارج کردی سپریم کوڑٹ نے اور اسکے خلاف ایک رویو پٹیشن سپریم کوڑٹ میں ڈالی گئی جو اللہ کے کرم سے آج مورخہ 17 مئی 2017 سپریم کوڑٹ نے ڈسپوزڈ آف کردی یعنی نمٹادی Forwarded as received Dear Tariq Sb , the same order of SCP is received with different expression.
