Draft of claim appeal and draft of calculating amount sheet

All those PTCL pensioners who have not opted VSS .

I have just prepared a lengthy Article-41 in Urdu clarifying all doubts according to law for those who retired normally .After converting in to PDF formate I will send the same to all my such PTCL friends who retired in normal way of whom email add available with me. I have also prepared draft of notice for claiming of all pension & with reference Raja Riaz case reported in Muhammad Riaz vs FoP & PTCL 2015 1783 in the light of SCP ruling in 1996 SCMR 1186.
I have also prepared the calculating sheet of demanding dues for pays and pension etc in Excel formate in Excel Formate in spreading sheet, having formulas of calculation of amount . This has been prepared by my son Ibad , expert in excel working who is ACC degree holder and working in Ufone.This Claim draft and draft of calculating sheets, I will send you to all On my such friends to whom email add available with me only. Those such to want to get these, they are requested to send me their email add on my email add azhar.tariq@gmail.tariq. This , I will send in June-17 after checking what steps PTCL & PTET take for such payments accordingly as per SCP order . This will be cleared from the payment of pension amount of May-17 to be paid in June-17 .
