About Mazhar Hussain CHRO PTCL speech to the PTCL employees

مجھے کل بروز اتوار ۲۳ جولائی-۱۷ ، یہ مظہر حسین صاحب کے خطاب کی یہ تین منٹ کی ویڈيو واٹس ایپ پر موصول ھوئی جسکو آپلوگوں کے لئے فیس بک پر اپلوڈ کردي ھے . اسکی کوالٹی اتنی اچھی نہیں اور آواز بھی کچھ مدھم ھے اسلئے آپ لوگوں سے گزارش ھے کے یہ ھیڈفون لگا کر شور شرابے سے دور انکی یہ چاپلوسی والی تقریر سنیں .یہ ویڈیو شائید کسی نے دوران تقریر اپنے موبائیل فون سے ریکاڑڈ کی ھے . کل جب یہ ویڈیو موصول ھوئی تو مجھےانکی تصویر دیکھکر ایسا لگا کے کسی نے ایک داڑھی والے گوئیے کی ویڈیو بھیجی ھے جو لہک لہک کر سٹیج پر گانا گارھا ھے. تو فورن تو یہ ویڈیو میں نے ڈاؤن لوڈ نہیں کی رات کو پھر جب اسکو میں نے ڈاؤن لوڈ کی تو یہ عقدہ کھلا کے موصوف جناب مظہر صاحب ھیں جو پی ٹی سی ایل کے ملازمین سے کسی ٹاؤن ہال میں خطاب کررھے ھیں . مظہر صاحب کی تقریر کا لب لباب یہی تھا کے کے پی ٹی سی ایل کے ایمپلائی کمپنی کے دئے ھوئے یہ نیو اسکیل قبول کرلیں اور اسکا آپشن دے دیں. اس سلسلے میں انھوں نے بڑی ھی مضحکہ خیز باتیں کیں اور ساتھ انکی باتوں سے یہ لگ تھا کے جو عدالتی فیصلے پی ٹی سی ایل کے ان ٹرانسفڑڈ ملازمین کے حق میں آئے...

The PTCL notification of dated 12-7-17 can not be implemented on transferred employees in PTCL

                   (Attention) The PTCL Notification vide No TM&L/Pension /2017 of dated 12th July on the subject "Notification for Pension under Pay Scales-2017 of which image copy given below below ,can not be applicable on the transferred employees in PTCL ie those regular employees who transferred   from PTC to PTCL on 1-1-1996.PTCL or its Board   or even GoP has no any power/ authority   to issue any order which can adversely effect the Service Terms and Conditions   such transferred employees in PTCL   for their disadvantages , they are under protecion of Section 36 of PT(Re-Organization ) Act1996 and as of per also decision of HSC in Masood Bhattie case reported in 2012 SCMR 152 of against of which the CRP of PTCL is also dismissed in on 19th Feb-2016 reported in 2016 SCMR 1362 . How PTCL can implement their Pay Package of 2017   on such employees as they are legally entitled of GoP pay...

About non pensioners VSS-2008 case

عزیز پی ٹی سی ایل نان پنشنرس   وی ایس ایس -۲۰۰۸ اسلام و علیکم میری آج اس کیس  یعنی نان پینشنر VSS-2008 CP-2114/2016 جو کل IHC می فیصلے کے لئے لگا تھا اس سلسلے میں،  نان پینشنرز کے وکیل جناب آصف ایڈوکیٹ سے بات ھوئی ھے انھوں نے مجھ سے پوچھا کے  طارق صاحب سپریم کوڑٹ می راجہ ریاض کے کیس کا سٹیٹس کیا ھے .میں نے انکو کوبتایا کے راجہ ریاض کے حق میں سپریم کوڑٹ جولائی ۲۰۱۵ فیصلہ دیا اور اسکو گورنمنٹ والی تنخواہ میں اور پنشن میں گورنمنٹ والی انکریزدینےکو کہا .اسکے خلاف انکی رویو پٹیشن بھی خارج  ھوگئی .راجہ ریاض کا   انکے  خلاف توھین عدالت کا کیس چل رھا ھے کیونکے انھوں نے انکے حکم پر عمل نہیں کیا. عدالت نے AGPR سے راجہ ریاض کوگونمنٹ والی تنخواہ او پنشن وغیرہ کی دینے کی calculations مانگ لیں جو AGPR نے مہیا کردیں اسکے بعد توھین عدالت کا کیس سپریم کوڑٹ میں انکی ۱۲ جون ۲۰۱۵ کے فیصلے کے ڈالی ھوئی رویو پٹیشن کی وجہ سے رک گیا  بلکہ اس فیصلے سے ایکطرح سے مشروط ھوگیا تھا اب جب 17 مئی 2017 کو انکے وہ ریو پٹیشن بھی خارج ھوگئی تو پھر یہ توھین عدالت کا کیس بھی  ...

Dear Abdul Wadood Sb, first of all I do appreciate your efforts for the betterment of transferred employs in PTCL. You are very corugly facing this brutal PTCL management. I came to know that PTCL management now wants for all of you to carry on the package of PTCL given in 2008 with effect 1-7-2008 by the said Mazhar Hussain .Who was newly posted as EVP (HR) in that time. In 2008-2009 . The  GoP has increased the basic pays 20% of the basic pay scales of 2007 vide GoP Finnace Division (Reg) No F.1(I) Imp/2008 dated 30-6-2008. And the govt servant's pay became much high then that of PTCL such employees. The PTCL has discontinued to grant of revised basic pay scales since from 1-7-2005. After giving the PTCL Package of salary-2008  at that time in July 2008 , Syed Mazhar Hussain was posing that his given PTCL Pay Package-2008 wef 1-7-2008 was much better the the GoP of 2008 .Which  was quite wrong and false. How it could be possible without giving the revised basic pay scales of GoP ...

No one should be worried on receipt of new email from PTCL management

Attention      Attention    Attention  (All working transferred employees in PTCL) On receipt of recent new Email from PTCL management to send the performa as given by PTCL by 6th July 2017. All are very worried. No one should act upon it but reply them according to the previous email / letter of 14th June or 15th June -17.It has been informed that the PTCL  management is not accepting/ receiving the Regrett letter as they announced in their previous email to intimate them within thirty days whether the new pay scales are continued  or not and if no reply is received within thirty days , it will be assumed that they have accepted the new scales -2017 of PTCL All such do not be worried .All should only fallow the first letter of PTCL of 15th June or 14th June -17 only and reply must  be with regrett with in thirty days as written in that letter.In case they(PTCL) refuse to accept this regret letter then all should  send it through T...

Be carefull about PTCL new tactics

About recent email of PTCL Mangement about the clerification for adopting New PTCL Scales-2017.The basic purpose of this email just to debarr the transffererd employees working in PTCL, for not to protest and demand the GoP revised basic scales in accordance the ruling of Supreme Court in Raja Riaz case ie Mouhammad Riaz vs FoP & others reported in 2015 SCMR 1783.My opinion  further in this regard is as under:- It's a sugar coated clarification in the similar wording employed in vss offer letters in the past with sentiments of betterment of employees. They are really tempted with the protected terms and conditions to the extent of pay and pension alone which involve financial implications. They have already dealt with pension through vss as is reflected from their standpoint in pension court case.
