The PTCL notification of dated 12-7-17 can not be implemented on transferred employees in PTCL

The PTCL Notification vide No TM&L/Pension /2017 of dated 12th July on the subject "Notification for Pension under Pay Scales-2017 of which image copy given below below ,can not be applicable on the transferred employees in PTCL ie those regular employees who transferred  from PTC to PTCL on 1-1-1996.PTCL or its Board  or even GoP has no any power/ authority   to issue any order which can adversely effect the Service Terms and Conditions  such transferred employees in PTCL  for their disadvantages , they are under protecion of Section 36 of PT(Re-Organization ) Act1996 and as of per also decision of HSC in Masood Bhattie case reported in 2012 SCMR 152 of against of which the CRP of PTCL is also dismissed in on 19th Feb-2016 reported in 2016 SCMR 1362 .

How PTCL can implement their Pay Package of 2017  on such employees as they are legally entitled of GoP pay scales and then how the Pension calculation rules other then of Govt rules can be implemented on such illegal Pay Scale 2017 on such transferred employees still are the part of PTCL.All such PTCL employees requested challenge this impugened Notification of dated 12-7-17  in High Courts under Article-199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for their litigimate rights and to dismiss this notification for them.
