Dear All,
We are pleased that a significant number of our employees have taken a timely decision of adopting new Pay Scales 2017 after having the understanding of associated benefits and privileges. We congratulate them for opting the pay structure which will certainly bring additional gains for them and their families.
We assure them again that they will never be in any type of disadvantage due to these scales. For their further comfort and removal of unnecessary misconceptions, the management reiterates its commitment that:
1. The employee who have opted Pay Scales 2017 shall be entitled to all future Pay Scale Revisions decided and announced by the company from time to time.
2. There will be no change in the existing terms and conditions of these employees by adopting new pay scales.
3. All rights, service protections and legal provisions will remain applicable as before.
Although we are of the view that the employees who did not opt for Pay Scales 2017 have missed a beneficial opportunity yet we fully respect their option which they have exercised with own will and discretion. They are our valuable employees and we shall continue to work for their betterment. We are confident that their commitment and loyalty to the company shall always help us in improving our business results.

: From the above email of Mr Mazhar, now it is crystyle clear that those transferred employees in PTCL,who adopted the said PTCL New Scale-2017, now became the Employees of the Company and now they have no any right to demand GoP scales for which they had previously entiteled in Company(Read Para1& last para of the above email of Mr Mazhar). Now they are at the mercy of the Company.
