(A) Performa for Certificate/Acknowledgement

It is certified that :-
1. I will participate to become a petitioner in Non Petitioners Pensioner case being filed by Mr. Muhammad Tariq Azhar , a non petitioner pensioner.
2. I will contribute Rs____________ for the council fees and other miscellaneous expenses etc, in connection with the said court case.
