Attention all PTCL Pensioners

This is about for the follwing letter of GM HR to PTET, regarding the excluding of incentive pay from the pension caclation as it was not included in pay scales of GoP for civil servants and the pension for GoP emloyees are calculated on the Pays  only.

To under stand it ,I quote here my example of my pension

At at the time of my retirement on 14-1-2012 my  last pay drawn ie my basic pay was Rs 39000/- PM and  incentive pay was 7000/- PM.So my  pension was calculated  as govt pension rules on 39000+7000= 46000/-.As every pay drawn is included for pension.

So now as per this order of GM HR the incentive  amount of pay Rs 7000/- now excluded. I was retired Jan-2012, my basic pay shoud be Rs 63000/- as GoP Revised Pay Scale-2011-2012 and I was in B-19 at max stage. So then my gross pension should be calculated on  Rs 63000/-  only .So all the GoP increase in pension either at the time for  for my net pension/PM with effect 14-1-2012 should based as of GoP increase and up to till date the GoP increase in pension per year be given.

Furthermore the GM HRO has quoted the refrence of HSCP of dated 12-06-2015 in said mentioned  letter to PTET .According to the decesion of HSCP of dated 12-06-2015 " PTET is bound to increase the pension of the transferred employees in PTCL as per announcement of Governament of Pakistan.
