Article -131[ Regarding of Payment GoP dues to Raja Riaz]

As posted on my Facebook page Pasted as received Dear Colleagues, Raja Riaz PPO was issued last month by fixing pay and pension as per Govt pay and pension rules and rate including medical allowance. He had been also paid for last month. Ahson Shaikh Note.This has been allowed by HSCP in his ie Raja Riaz appeal case in Muhammad Riaz vs FoP and etc [ 2015 SCMR 1783]on 6th July 2015 and CRP against it also dissmissed on 8th August 2015.Raja Riaz filled CoC for non payment the same and PTCL council Shahid Bajwa agreed to pay the same with the conditions that it should be not make presedence .But the IHC Judge Shukat Aziz has orderd in favour of working such employees in PTCL KPK Noor Wali and other case in WP-1875/2016 on the reference to this Raja Riaz case HSCP order in 17th Jan 2018 for the payment of pay as per GoP . PTCL filled ICA ,which was dissmissed also. PTCL filed the appeal in HSCP which is still pending in HSCP since last two years. Jubhee tu Shukut Aziz Judge IHC ne issee Raja Riaz case WP-1875/2016 k reference se Noor wali aur deeger 3 aise PTCl mulazmeen k huaq main diya aur unko 15 din k under GoP ki tunkhwah dene ka hukem diya aur phir issee High Court k double bench ne PTCL iss faisla k khilaf ICA mustered kur dee.Ub HSP bhee in ki Appeal lazmen mustred kurdee gee. Our HSCP iss ko bhee yaqeenun dissmiss kurde gee iss main kisee ko shuk nahin hona chahiaa.Abhee ye pending hai wahan REGARDS TARIQ 12-12-2020
