Thanks for informing all such PTCL employees.Efforts should be made that no such employee can get such VSS-2016. If at all any such employee want, it should be availed on four conditions as under

1) Being having governed by the statutory of GoP , he/she should be given the arrears all in increase in pays,allowances , Adhoc allowances as per GoP etc wef 1-7-2005 to till dates.As their pays were neither revised nor increased wef 1-7-2005 according to periodic increase by GoP on financially year basis for the Civil Servants of GoP.

2) VSS enhanced amount should be based on the GoP current scales for their civil servants accordingly grade wise and on the stages

3) VSS without pension is not acceptable and the pension should be according to GoP 's retired civil servants.

4) The net commuted total amount as may be & GPF total amounts should not be included in VSS net amount.It must be given separately.As having Commutation & GPF amount is the fundamental right of govt being retired person. It should not be added in the VSS amount.

I suggest Tariq Azhar Sb be requested to immediately file a petition in Islamabad High Court. He has a friend who will not charge any fee in the case. Now you only need to coordinate with Tarqi Azhar Sb in the case. I suggest that we should not force any employee to play on forward wicket. Set project timelines. Your team is already with you. Allah bless you. Do not care for lip servicing employees.

اب ان حالات پر کوئی نرا بیوقوف ھی ھوگا جو اب بھی پی ٹی سی ایل کا حصہ ھے اور  وہ VSS-16 لینے 

کی سوچ رھا ھو؟؟؟؟؟ . خبردار! خبردار کو بھی  جو اب بھی پی ٹی سی ایل میں کام کرنا والا ایسا ملازم جو ٹی اینڈ ٹی یا پی ٹی سی ایل میں ریگولر ٹی اینڈ ٹی کے قوانین  کے مطابق بھرتی ھواھو اور یکم جنوری 1996 کو پی ٹی سی سے ٹرانسفر ھوکر  پی ٹی سی ایل کا حصہ بن گیا تھا اور اب بھی اس کا حصہ ھے.ایسے تما م ملازمین  بلکل بھی یہ VSS-16 نہ لیں ورنہ بہت ھی پچھتائیں گے بلکہ سب کو چاھئیےکے متحد ھوگر راجہ ریاض کی طرح اپنے تمام سرکاری واجبات  یکم جولائی ۲۰۰۵  سے اب تک کے تمام واجبات لنے کی کوششش کریں . ان ٹرانسفر اور دوسری تکالیف سے نہ گھبرائیں ھمت سے کام لیں.ھمت مرداں مدد خدا. اس سلسلے میں گائیڈ لائنز دے چکا ھوں آپ لوگ چاھیں تو میرے بلاگ سائٹ tariqazhar.blogspot.com پر Article-25 سے Article-29  پڑھ کر فائیدہ اٹھا سکتے ھیں. شکریہ
