Fwd: Filling Petition in IHC for the implentaion of HSCP order for Raja Riaz to other also having same category of employees as of Raja Riaz


Petetion against PTCL & PTET  for not granting the same benefits as ordered by the HSCP to Raja Riaz reported in 2015 SCMR 1783
Regarding the above order sheet of dated 10-10-2017 of IHC, it is  good move.Leagly it is  very sound.All other such , as much as possible must file such type of appeals in their  respective High Courts, Registries of Supreme court or in Supreme Court Islamabad, in the light of Supreme Court judgement given in 1996 SCMR 1186 that the decesion in favor of a civil servant relating to the Terms & Conditions of Service, as a result of his litegation , the benefits of such fvorable decesion,will also be applicable to all such employees having same issue as that of such employee who litagated and obtains such favorable decesion.And the other such benefetid employees are not required to approch other forums, court for the grant of such benefits to also them, being having the same issue.
