Good move. . HSCP should have to issue contempt of court notices to all members of PTET Board of trustees

Dear All 

Very good move by Sadiq Ali.HSCP will have to issue Contempt Court notices to MD PTET including all members of PTET Board of trustees including its Chairman Syed Mazhar Hussain SEVP(CHRO) and Deputy Director (Pension) PTET Lahore, who under own signature issued such Notification of dated 20-12-2017.As all they are all alleged contempters .

However It is for the information for all those PTCL Pensioners who are still unaware from order of HSC of dated 12-6-2015 that in this order of dated 12-06-2015 , the HSCP , in appeals of PTET ie  C.P 565-568 & 582-584 of 2014 , has clarified  that all such  PTCL employees who appointed in T&T Department and retired after  their transfer in Corporation and then in Company are entitled to have same pension as of GoP and PTET is bound to pay such pension as announced by Government of Pakistan. PTET Board of trustees , has not only violated the such order of HSCP of dated 12-6-2015 but also violated the Article -25 of the Constitution of  Islamic Republic of Pakistan.The PTET in the said Notification of dated 20-12-2017 [ Copy pasted below] has created discriminated between those such PTCL pensioners , who retired "Normally " with those who retired after opting "VSS ".Actually there is no any difference between these two type of pensioners , as they are  the same transferred employees who had been appointed appointed in  T&T Department then transferred to PTC and retired  after their transfer to PTCL on 1-1-1996 , whether "Normally" or " after opting VSS. They both are the same of status ,but PTET has created the discrimination between them , which is clearly violation of  Article 25 of Constitution .All such PTCL pensioners retired after opting VSS, may have a legitimate grievance , if they are not treated alike with the other pensioners and the one who are deprived of same benefit which is being given to other it would be violation of Article 25 of Constitution. It is repeatedly held by Superior Courts, that by depriving employees of their emoluments besides other service benefits etc apparently amounts to have been grossly violated as against the guaranteed rights under Articles 2-A, 4, 25 and 27 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973."

Azeez PTCL Pensioners Saathiyo!

PTET k 6% & 7.5% izafa k moujooda Notification par PTET board (BoT) k khilaf ek aur Contempt of Court case Sadiq Ali Sb ne Supreme Court mein file kar diya hai.Iss case ki jaldi samaat k liye bhi darkhwast jama karwa di hai.

Tamaam saathiyon se guzarish hai k dua farmayen k jald hamara haq mil jaye.
